The Poblano plate is delicious and filling. This is a great choice for people who can't choose between enchiladas or taquitos or even a tostada because it comes with all of them.

Why great
Red Iguana is my ideal Mexican food spot. It is much more authentic than taco bell or even cafe rio but it still has the taste that an American palate demands. The prices are great especially when you see the portions that they give you.

Parking is easy to find because they have a parking lot (a huge surprise in downtown SLC). They take reservations, so if you can only go during typical meal hours be sure to call and make a reservation.
